Does it replace Shopify checkout?
No. CODPLUS adds a cash-on-delivery path next to your existing checkout. Card and wallet customers keep using Shopify checkout; COD customers use the one-step form.
Which countries?
Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Pakistan, Colombia and Mexico ship with built-in city lists and phone rules. Any other country works with a custom city list.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes, with any Online Store 2.0 theme. CODPLUS uses standard app blocks and an app embed, so nothing in your theme code is edited.
How does tracking work without checkout?
The form fires the browser pixel and CODPLUS sends the same purchase server-side (Conversions API) with the same event id. Meta, TikTok and Google dedupe on that id, so each order is counted exactly once, with UTM and click ids attached.
Can customers cancel?
Yes, until the order is marked shipped. They log in with a WhatsApp code on your store, see their orders and cancel with one tap. You get the update in Shopify.
What happens if I uninstall?
Nothing to your data. Every COD order is a normal Shopify order and stays in Shopify → Orders. The form disappears from your theme; no code is left behind.
